How to sell a domain name registered with Domain Name Com?

Any domain name you have registered with DomainNameCom.com can be sold or transferred to any party you wish. There is no charge for this process. The party who is receiving the domain registration must set up an account with DomainNameCom.com.

Transferring the registration of a domain name will remove the domain name from your list of registered domain names and instead place it in the new registrant's account. To transfer the registration of a domain:

Step 1:
You must first login to your account.

Step 2:
Select Manage Domains from the Domain Names menu.

Or, click Manage Domains from under the Domain Names heading further down the page.

Step 3:
Select the domain you wish to sell by checking the box next to it and click Change Account.

Step 4:
Type in the new registrant's information on the right side of your screen under the heading New Registrant Information.

Step 5:
Click Save Changes.

The NEW REGISTRANT will be notified by email with instructions on how to complete the process and assume registration of the domain name.
