The new amplified Bazooka subwoofers feature the legendary patented Bass Tubes enclosure design, but with a twist. These units are completely self-contained bass monsters. Available in 100-watt BTL or 250-watt Class D amplifier configurations, the new amplified Bazooka subwoofers are the true solution to the common automobile interior problem of "not enough space for bass."

BTA6100
The BTA6100 features a 6-inch dual voice coil subwoofer and fits in places most subs can't. The 6-inch works great behind the seat of small trucks, the trunks of sedans, or hatchbacks. The Bazooka subwoofer's patented Bass Tubes bass-reflex enclosure design allows for use of 100% of the woofer's cone area. Inch for inch, it will outperform most boxes.

The Bazooka Bass Tubes enclosure is optimized for corner loading, and its port and woofer are on the same plane and in close proximity for maximum corner-loading results. The T-shaped harness has three ends: One plugs into your car's OE radio, one plugs into the plug you removed from the OE radio, and the third end runs all the way back to the rear of the car and plugs into your A100 Bazooka subwoofer. Great for leased vehicles, the F.A.S.T. systems are available for most popular cars.

Bazooka's RBCM-100 Remote Bass Control Module allows you to control the amount of bass from the driver's seat.

Optional Chrome-Plated UMS Brackets give a flashier look, as well as a more secure, permanent mounting when removal isn't a problem.

- excellent product
I bought this bass tube to be used in my pick-up. It fit nicely behind my seat. Installation was easy. The sound is great. Not a pounding bass but, just enough to add bottom to the sound. I would reccomend this to any one who is looking to upgrade their exsisting system.

- Relatively small, tight bases
I spend quite some time trying to imagine the size of the woofer (as I am originally from Europe and am still struggling with the inch to cm conversion. I have Chrysler Crossfire, so wanted to be 'savy' with the space in the trunk, so I've opted at the end for the smaller 6 1/2' one. Well that was probably not the best choice. I have replaced my factory radio (Infinity) with the Alpine IDA-X305 iPod player, and the car has 6 good speakers, so to my surprise, adding the smaller woofer didn't made too much difference to the sound. Yes there are little bit deeper and stronger bases, but unfortunately for me the difference was probably not worth the money. I even went few times to check whether the woofer is playing - and yes it is, btu as I said it is almost hard to say the difference. So if you find yourself with making same decision - go with the bigger one. Btw - it would fit into my car's trunk at the end as well. :-((

I've had this sub for a few months now and have been quite pleased with it's performance. I installed it in my S-15 extended cab pickup between the two front seats aimed toward the rear of the cab. Installation was not hard at all, but I would caution that you definitely use shielded cables for your audio feed. I tried with some I had on hand (unshielded) and it picked up engine noise and other electronic interference. As soon as I installed a shielded cable... ahhh... squeaky clean! I didn't get the 8" version because of size limits and where I wanted to put it, but it does a pretty respectable job for what it's meant to do. I adds that much needed punch to songs and provides some respectable bottom to others. About the only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is that I also installed the remote volume control (which I highly recommend) and you have to adjust the sub level rather often. Some radio stations tend to over do it with the lows and you get a muddy bottom mix and want ... Read More

I am blown away by the amount of sound that comes out of such a little speaker. Installation was a breeze. I got a 1000w amp wiring kit and between that and everything that came with the tube it just slid into place. You won't be disappointed.

Made my '99 Civic sound incredible inside the car, great lows with no distortion, the boom also won't disturb your neighbors. WOrth every dime i paid which would be 15900 dimes....excellent purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!
