- This product will eat at you.
From the moment I opened the box to see this player I have been dissapointed.
No stylus came with it, even though it is advertised.
I felt like I was pressing the screen into buttons rather than touching it.
the picture viewer takes forever to load anything bigger than a thumbnail.
the record feature freezes the player up every time.
the videos have to be in avi format.
it is strictly MP3 format, there is no MP4 format, and I had to convert everything using a converter downloaded myself with no help from the software included, which is all scrambled and not explained.
the games are very horribly put together and more of a burden than they are worth to play with two buttons, not the screen.
the other problem I had was that they contacted me asking me to write the review where I am now writing it even though I was very happy with where I put my complaints, where everyone would see them...
They then claimed that they offered me a refund, i guess they have never heard of libel? I have the original e-mail if anyone is interested, for they did not offer me a refund nor help, only that I move my other statement telling the world how bad the product is.
It was a great example of false advertisement and misleading information.
it was not what you would expect, and you will be dissapointed if you want to do anything beside listen to music.
I also believe they write their own reviews, even some of the more neutral ones so that they make themselves look better, but only because it seems that everyone had the same exact long, draining experience, where as with better quality technology, the reviews are quick and to the point.
Just an assumption though, I might be wrong.
I had a bad experience with the player.
the music player part of it is great but I think you can find something better if that's all you care about.
I trust this product about as much as its plastic broken ear phones it comes with.
just continue browsing around if you can help it.
these people seem bent on doing whatever they need to to make it look like anyone with an opinion like mine looks stupid.
the bad reviews are not all wrong, and I have had similar bad experiences.

Bought this as a gift for mother-in-law who is not tech savvy but loves touch screen devices. I loaded it up with music and videos for her before hand and it is very simple to use. The computer recognizes it as a hard drive so you can drag and drop music into it easily. The video conversion software I downloaded off the companies website was easy to use so I put a couple of her music dvd's on the device. Any of the reviews who had problems with the video conversion didn't know what they were doing. The video playback is also excellent. The external speaker isn't great but I think it sounds good for the size even though you have to turn it up all the way, besides how many players actually have this feature? As for the downsides, the software on the device does kind of suck for organizing your music. I created A-Z files and put the music in alphabetically myself, otherwise it organizes it in no particular order sometimes. The earbuds are very large but headphones are cheap to replace. The touch screen is usually very responsive however the bottom of the screen doesn't register sometimes and has to be pushed repeatedly. Overall this is a good deal for the money. My mother-in-law loves it and considering this is her first mp3 player we didn't want to spend too much. I have a zune and love it (and believe me this thing is no zune or probably ipod for that matter) but if you are looking for an inexpensive touch screen mp3 I highly recommend this player.

This player is the best thing next to an Ipod which I couldn't afford for my wife. She is so happy to have this and be able to watch her favorite movies when we go out places and she gets bored with me LOL. I am so glad to have found something for her since she is so hard to buy for. And Pro Ebiz is fantastic as far as support goes. She converts her movies into the correct format and she is in heaven. All I have to do is keep up with the mini discs it takes to hold all her movies. Thanks Pro Ebiz.

After extensive research I was a little skeptical of purchasing this product. Thursday night I purchased this and Monday morning it was delivered to my job site. Packaging was perfect. When I got to the player itself, I was impressed. It looked like the Apple Ipod. Needless to say, I started playing with this gadget and everyone was coming to look. They thought it was the real thing. The touch screen is wonderful, the sound quality is great, and the player itself is beautiful and sleek. The click and drag feature for downloading music and photos is convient. I am still trying to figure out how to download movies...Emailed the seller and got a response the same day. After all is said and done, 3 people from my job are now ordering their teenagers and children this amazing mp3/mp4 player. One fellow co-worker is electronic savvy and actually owns an Apple Ipod touch..He was really impressed. We put them side by side and you couldn't tell the difference. Overall, I think my daughter will love this and I will recommend as well as do business with this company again...

- 4gb The screen went blank after 1 week
I purchased a 16gb while my husband purchased the 4gb player, after 1week the screen on the 4gb went BLANK. I have an 30g Ipod 5th generation and decided to purchcase the 16gb mp4 player for about $72 because of the ease of file conversion and the supposedly longer battery life, however it wasn't as easy as they claim and so far I've only been able to play avi files only. And thats only after I downloaded a file converter, and even then, I will sometimes get a file error message! The battery lasts about 2hrs when watching a video(I was told 5 hrs). I havent tested it when listening to music only because I purchased it to watch videos while I'm walking on the treadmill. The screen size is a plus and the screen resolution is Ok. I noticed one of the other reviewers had trouble with the touch screen, but my 16gb is pretty good in this area. I love the concept of this player and so did my husband before his screen went blank, but because of the poor warranty or no warranty on this product,and the limited technical support for this player I would be a little hesitant about purchasing it.
