- Best Harmony so far, but not perfect
This is my third Harmony remote, I have had the 880 and 550 before this. Let's make this simple:

+ The button layout is far superior than that of the 880 and 550, as well as the glow is improved
+ The touch screen is a nice addition, as I quickly wore out the upper left button the 880
+ The fit in the hand is very pleasing
+ Screen resolution is on par with many cell phones and the like, with good coloring
+ Docking has improved, with a magnet near the connection to hold the remote secure while charging
+ Excellent battery life, of about 2 weeks between charges
+ Software is again amazingly easy to use
+ Arrow and soft keys make navigating the screen a breeze
+ Ease of use, anyone can use these things
+ Gigantic device library

- No RF support! They need to change the 890 to the One with RF, why they waited this long, I have no idea
- The touch screen has its problems, as you have to look at it to see what button you are pressing
- Three activities per screen, to the 880's eight, there could be a way to change it, though I haven't found it
- Power button, like the 880 and 550 is small and awkward, they should make it slightly more pronounced for such a frequently used button, no I won't accidentally press it
- Wider IR, I have to move it around to turn all of my electronics on
- I liked the way the power wire was routed on the 880, straight out of the bottom, instead of losing a foot by twisting it around the bottom of the base

What I would like to see
= Bluetooth, so I can control my Wii and turn on my PS3 (though I use a Blu Wave dongle to control the PS3's other functions)
= RF support, it doesn't have to come with an RF adapter, but the option to work with it would be nice
= Haptic feedback would be nice instead of the beep, to know you hit a button, but may be a little much

Other than that, an excellent remote that I would recommend to anyone with more than two components in their home theater.

- Logitech gets it right
Harmony One is best yet device for controlling multiple A/V units. Simple to use; simulates all controls for all devices I have, including DISH DVR, Onkyo A/V receiver with dual HDMI output ports, and two (2) DVD recorders. The charging pad ensures you never need batteries and the illuminated keyboard display is 2nd to none. Couple this with the LCD screen and Logitech has a winning combination.

The acid test: My wife was completely comfortable with it after 15 minutes of instruction. What's not to Love !!!!!

A great universal remote that is very easy to program via the company's web site. It works in a very intuitive and unobtrusive manner. What more can you want?

- Wonderfully simple to setup and use
I love this product. Couldn't be simpler to setup and use. You need to know how your devices are connected to a receiver to accurately setup the remote. Can't believe I went so long trying to program the supposedly "universal" remotes or juggling remotes. Now one remote does it all.

Let me start by saying that I have used Home Theater Master remotes for years. First, a MX-500 and then a MX-800 (with the optional RF). If you are not familiar with Home Theatre Master remotes, these are often considered "pro" remotes. In fact, most of the more advanced models now must be programmed by a professional installer. I tried the Logitech Harmony, reluctantly, assuming it could not get close to the Home Theater Master remotes. I was very wrong! I think the Harmony is far more useful and much, much more easy to program. As I continue to "tweak" it, there have not been any issues. All commands have been able to be either programmed or learned. I have a pretty sophisticated system and this remote does it all. I like the feel and layout of the buttons and the touch screen works very well. This is the best univeral remote I have ever had and I've had quite a few. Finally, without trying to be sexist, my wife loves this remote and wonders why I didn't get one like this years ago.
