- Definitely worth the purchase!!!
At first when I saw this game, I was a little skeptical. I mean, a M rated game for the Wii didn't seem up to par. However, after playing the game for a little, I have completely changed my mind! The fighting in the game is unlike that of anything I have played before and the battles are unique in the same sense. The boss fights are not the same kind of thing over and over; they mix up the boss fights with other stuff. The graphics are nice with the cell shading, but on the motorcycle there is just a little lag when you are using the turbo. The game-play is nice and with multiple difficulties to choose from, there is a variety of skill for those who want a challenge. Overall the game rivals that of the GTA series in some ways and surpasses it in others. The unlock-able items throughout the game also add to the game. I have had the game for less than a week and am already at the number two ranking of assassins (I have played it every day for like 2 hours each), but still the game is addicting. I would totally recommend this game to anyone looking for an action game with unique features and an enticing story that is addicting from the start.

Lot of fun, lot of blood, violence, etc etc. Not very long, first time I beat it in 12 hours. Second time it took me 6 hours. So not too much replay value, with the exception of maybe an iteractive movie that you've seen before. That's really it's only flaw. That and that there's not much to do when your off missions. Other than that it'll keep you entertained and laughing throughout the game. Here's hoping for that possible sequel. Maybe make it a little longer next time.

This game has a graphic style of its own and is really fun. The visual quality is limited by the possibilities of the Wii but overall it's very pleasant. The game is filled with funny references and the story line is good. The gameplay is a little bit repetitive after a while but overall this is a good game and unique in its genre.

No More Heroes is a nice addition to any Wii owner's library... That is, if you can handle the blood, the language, and the adult themes. That being said, it is now a regular addition to my playlist after I put the kids to bed. The story is very strange, but I like the off the wall concepts and the effort to release something different and unusual for the Wii. The gore is over-the-top with spurting blood and severed heads, but it really fits with the Anime vibe. Controls are pretty tight and the exploration is reasonably fun. The graphics aren't the best, but I still like the visual style. This is not GTA or anything else you've played before, but it is a lot of fun. It is not quite at the level of the 1st party Nintendo titles, but a good pick up, none the less.

Now when you think of Nintendo,you think of family fun games that have no blood or lets just say an "m" rated title.Suda-51 had a great vision for this game and it is just flat out funny.You play as Travis Touchdown out to become the #1 assassin out there in Santa Destroy,California.I wont blurge the whole story.But the controls,the characters,and the story is just great.If you are tired of Mario and you want to play something more mature.You have got to check this game out.Rent it or buy it,I highly recomended you play it,and so does xplay.
