I've used TurboTax Business for the last 7 - 10 years and I've never had any difficulties with the program or found it to have deficiences. All tax products must be IRS compliant and as updates become available, I'm prompted to download them.

I bought this product for the 1st time this year. I have called the support lines three times trying to download the state forms and only on the 3rd time was I told that it would cost an additional $49.95 to do the download. I already paid $84.99 for the product. I have a really small partnership business and the expenses are eating up the profit. I am hearing impaired and all three customer support personell spoke with a very distintive Indian accent that is hard to understand in and of itself, let alone being hearing impaired. I am very unhappy with the product and service received.

I have been using this product for at least 15 years. I had a bad experience with a CPA - they forgot to take some depreciation on my tax returns and cost me a few thousand dollars. I had to find the error, and they did an amended tax return. They charged $2000 and did it wrong! I began doing my own corporate returns after that manually. Then I found Turbo Tax for Business. I actually enjoy doing my tax returns now. I have never had a problem with IRS either. I can do my tax return in half of a day and get a very professional looking return. I love Turbo Tax! It gives me all of the forms I need, double checks my entries, lets me know if the balance sheet is out of balance, and won't let me finish until I find and fix my errors. Great Product.

I purchased this for my S Corporation, and it works fine, I have used previous versions of TTB 2007 for several years. It beats having to shell out $600+ for a professional, and I end up doing about the same amount of work. It imported the 2006 return fine. I would recommend it for a small to medium size business. The only thing that is difficult is manually accessing and filling forms, but it can be done. The interview is automatic, and great for simple businesses.

I would like to offer this comment: I don't know about the product as yet; it has not been received. This review is more a review of the Amazon experience than of the product itself. I purchased this on Amazon on Dec 10th, was told it would be shipped by Dec 14th and it is January 8th and the package has not arrived. I have made numerous attempts to work with USPS who said the seller (Amazon) put the incorrect zipcode on my package and it has been in some postal loop from hell between Missouri and Illinois for over 3 weeks. I can appeciate that things of this nature occur; whether this comment is posted as a review or not, hopefully someone from Amazon will contact me to address this event as a dissatisfied customer experience.
