- Holy frijole, this game pad is freaking awsome dude!!!
Like this is the best game pad ever invented for us proffesional stay-at -home PC gamers ever. The game pad feels like it was meant for my hands sort of like the bossoms of a beutiful woman. And just like a beutiful hot and sexxy woman, this game pad starts shaking when I touch the right buttons,and that my friends ain't no lie! This game pad ain't gots no wires so you don't have to worry about some dumb broad tripping over the wires as she brings you a cold beer! The range on this baby is really good, I tested the range by going to my mailbox to see if my welfare check came in all while playing Halo and low and behold I captured the flag and my check! This game pad is hotter than hogs chittlins on a hot skillet, I highly recommend it!

- The UBEREST Gamepad Ever
I've only encountered two things that might be issues for other users. And if you already UNDERSTAND how Wireless stuff for a computer works, SKIP the numbered section and resume at the astrick for battery info.

1.) I have encountered a couple of video games for the PC where the gamepad would get confused with another of its kind & the signals would 'bleed' - although I think it could be due to the absence of two seperate, co-related, drivers on that person's machine. Pushing the 'signal' button, did not correct the problem. This occurred in Ultimate Alliance once, and then went away - with no apparant change, and seemed to be the norm in Midway Arcade Treasures.
2.) The gamepad doesn't have a giant file of 'thrustmapping' updates released every so often, like certain (corded) gamepads of previous years. Until it does, dont expect that your wireless, properly ergonomic, non-rediculous, Logitech gamepad, will vibrate constantly throughout every single game - I'm almost sure that's intentional as an energy saving feature, and I'd wager you'd be hard pressed to find a wireless that was any different.

*And remember, it also requires batteries to use a wireless. Rechargables are a good idea, if you have two sets & keep your alternates in the charger. The pad requires two AA size. Standard batteries are fine, but are going to cost you more over time - than rechargables will.

Beyond that, I'm not going to make this a giant thing. This gamepad is perfect, outside of those two points. It's wireless, it's durable, it's not over priced, it feels great in the hands, the analog sticks have textured grip, and the buttons actually have numbers on them. Excellent product, and that's all I've got to say about that.

This product was superb quality. The profiling software was simple to use and easy to create new profiles.

Range was beyond phenomenal. I was able to get signal from my computer (on the second story) to my basement. Not only did I get signal, it was lossless. Response time is extremely fast, makes you feel like you are directly plugged in.

The weight of the controller is very nice. It's not too bulky and heavy, it's just the right size and weight. There is only one thing that is not absolutely perfect about this controller. That is, the analogue sticks are bound by squares rather than the ps2 style octagon. This makes it a bit awkward when you're doing things such as madden kickoffs/tiger woods swings. But other than that, this is an absolutely amazing controller. The rumble feature doesn't always seem to work on games, but I truthfully do not care too much about rumble

this pad is great, much better than Saitek, it has exellent battery life.
I only have difficulties in programming it for FPS games...I highly recommend it for gamers.

If only other products worked half as well as every single Logitch product I've purchased, there would be some lonesome customer sevice reps.
The unit I recently purchased is to eventually replace the same one I've had for almost 5 years.
Now, I've never thrown it agianst a wall in a fit of anger, or dropped from more than 2 feet...but I have dropped it a lot of times. The range is unbelievable, it goes through walls. The durability has surpassed ALL expectations. This thing just works correctly, every time.
