- Good Game!
This is a good game! The interface is pretty much the same as the original Sims, though there are some new parts that take about a day to learn. There is much more customization of people, and the graphics are a lot better. Great job, EA!

this is a great game-although expansion packs make it better-thats REALLY addictive! in this game you can create and customize your own little people from birth to death. some new features are that your sims FINALLY have age groups and over a peiriod of time will get older also you get to really get to create your sims faces- its really fun to make them ugly- and you also get a verity of hair styles such as afroes and mohawks-for the men- and long hair for the women-theres more choices but i cant remember them all. now theres new jobs like burglars,law,military,medical,culinairy, and slacker and sports and science. you also have pree made charactors and 3 pree made neighborhoods-you can also make your own. your sims also have tallent points wich they can develope over time- they also make your career go faster. here are the different kinds of music- if i can remember all of them- heavy metal,techno,pop, rap/hip-hopp,salsa... oh yea... i was gonna tell you some of the carreer rewards lye dedector,surgery table,a medicine thing,a chocolate making thing, a minature golf thing, a podium, i think thats it... one more thing you now have wants and fears- for example my fear could be using a public toilet and my want could be to fall in love-and after you fulfill a certain number of wants you get a prize- i wont tell you these- but if you realize a fear you'll loose points. last thing if some one died and their grave is there they might haunt you- sims that starve to death will eat out of your fridge, if your sim died from fire or mallnurished needs they'll fill up your bath tub leaving it dirty and if a sim died and thier spous remarries they'll get jelious and scare that sim- your sims also might have hallucinations such as the social bunny- if your sim's social need gets low- and the theropist- if you loose alot of yor sim's points:see above. thanka for readin!

I believe that the sime 2 is one of the most briliantly designed games of all time! The grapphics are incredible, the level of detail put into this game is astounding! The creators of this game really put alot of effort into this game...AND IT SHOWS! The gameplay is quite easy to master and unlike most other simulation games, the sims 2 does not get boring! You can play for hours and never encounter the same experiences. The options to customize your sims with are great! there are many hairstyles makeup and clothes options to make your sim UNIQUE! One of my favorite features of this game is the ability to cook different meals...that might sound weird...but its great to see the food which looks real as oppose to the mush in the older sims games. Some of the meals your sims are able to cook include: salmon, ribs, omlettes, cakes, lobster and spaghetti! The objects in the sims 2 are all finely crafted and look almost real! THIS GAME IS GREAT YOU SHOULD DEFINETLY PURCHASE IT!

I remember playing the first version of the Sims in middle school. The best part about it was building and decorating the houses. The Sims 2 gives you the best part about the original Sims, but with even better graphics and more storylines to follow. I would recommend this to anyone. I'm not a big video game or computer game player, in fact the Sims 2 is the only one I own. But it's great.
