- Perfect Clock-Radio for iPod/iPhone
Finally, a clock-radio that doesn't have the iPod/iPhone dock on top of the console just asking to be knocked over! Logitech has a great design for the Pure-Fi Anytime. Having the iPod/iPhone recessed in the unit ensures that you won't be smacking your gadget across the room as you hit the snooze button in the morning.

The sound is very good, has 2 alarm settings and it comes with a remote, so if you're playing it from a distance so you can change the music, or switch to radio settings. ... Read More

Generally, a nice clock radio with the ability to handle the iPhone 3G with few problems. BUT, there is NO AUDIO OUT. I use a pillow speaker to play music or listen to the radio or iPod when I am in bed so that I don't wake my partner. This unit does not allow it. So, I could not use it as my clock radio. And, the speakers are not the same good quality found on many other iPod clock radios.. they are standard tinny speakers. It does have some nice features, including the top lights turning on ... - Great idea -but Logitech has acknowledged a defect in some.
Unfortunately, I got one with a defect. The alarm goes off for all of 2 seconds, then spontaneously stops. I tried it out multiple times, even unplugged it after I came across a review that mentioned the defect on iLounge. The review mentioned that unplugging it sometimes helps. Not here. Sat on phone with Logitech for an hour and they found the same defect in the one they had there! They said to return it to Amazon since I'd just bought it. I've been looking for an alarm clock for my iPhone 3G since I bought it in June '08! Finally I found this one, and it is perfect.
- Charges iphone without interference, no weird "not compatible" message
- sounds great! perfect for the bedroom
- 2 alarm presets
- Motion Sensor! This is cool, you just wave your hand over the top instead of having to find the sleep button. Best feature!
