THIS ENCYCLOPEDIA IS EXTREMELY WIDE IN COVERAGE AND DEPTH. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS HOW VERY LONG IT TAKE TO BE ACTIVATED ON THE DESKTOP.

My order arrived today via a detour. When I'd first tried to order this Home and Student edition, I encountered an insoluble problem when checking out: Amazon doesn't sell software to buyers in China. I then ordered it and had it delivered to a U.S. address of one of friends. Then her husband mailed it to my office address in Beijing. And my colleague brought it to me today when he and the lovely lady came to my home for a super.

I have used previous versions and been pleased with them. But this 2009 edition installation has stopped twice on "installing... busansbo.ttf" and refused to continue. I can't find any "service" or "tech support" site. I suggest you continue using your previous year's version -- this one isn't ready for prime time yet.
