I'm not sure why the other reviewer had problems loading this set onto their computer. I loaded the set fine with absolutely no problems. Since this version is the 2009, I'm not sure how the other reviewer could possibly have purchased it two years ago, but maybe I misread what was written.

Anyway, this set is wonderful! It is a great accompaniment to formal instruction and a fun way for kids to learn. The language portion is worth the price in and of itself. Similiar to Rosetta Stone ... Read More

I purchased this product two years ago and it didn't load or work. Since my laptop was so-so, I blamed the laptop. Now I just got a new laptop and the only program which does not load is this new Advatage 2009. Don't buy any products from Encore/Advantage. I put the **** in the garbage.
