The KX-TG9334T DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone assures greater protection against eavesdropping for all your calls. DECT 6.0 (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) technology lets you move freely around your home with long range and amazingly clear sound. Operating in the 1.9GHz frequency range, your phone will not conflict with other wireless devices such as computer routers, wireless keyboards, microwave ovens and other common household devices. Now you can program each handset to ring at your discretion. Before going to sleep, simply set the bedside handset to Night Mode so that it won't ring in your bedroom. In the meantime, the handset in the den will still ring when that important call comes in without disturbing the person who's sleeping. Now you don't have to be holding the phone to see who's calling. Using text-to-speech technology, the Caller ID2 information is announced between rings. The KX-TG9334T also boast a talking alarm clock that will tell you when it's time for lunch, and a talking battery alert that politely tells you when your battery is low with a Please Charge Phone reminder. Store the Caller ID info of any and all unwanted callers into your phone's Call Block list so that you can eliminate future pesky calls. After the information is stored, your unwanted callers will receive a busy signal when they call you again. The Light-Up Indicator with Ringer Alert at the base of the antenna will flash quickly to show that you have an incoming call, and it will flash slowly to let you know you have a new message. There are alot of reviews already out here for this phone system and so I won't waste your time with a super detailed one. I should also add: this phone has many features we aren't using. Specifically we don't use the "phonebook" feature, we don't make each handset ring a different melody, and we don't assign ringers to certain numbers and although I read you can block annoying callers - I have no idea how to do it. I've had these phones for a couple months now and they are great. Clear, easy to use and no interference with a wireless computer network or wireless security system. One unit is in a detached garage and the signal strength is just as strong as that of the base unit. I will agree with some other reviews the Caller ID voice announcement leaves a lot to be desired. This phone drops calls. I read the reviews of the Bluetooth version that said it dropped calls, so I bought the non-bluetooth version, and it drops calls as well. Going back to my KX-TG5432.

I've owned this phone for over 6 months and have had to return it twice for factory depot repair.

The batteries are worthless. If you don't leave it on the charger continuously, the batteries are dead by the end of the day with no use.

If you use Optimum Voice mail service, these phones won't flash the light on the top to indicate that you have a message waiting. My Panasonic 2.4 Ghz phone has no issues doing it correctly, but this DECT6.0 phone can't get it right. Occasionally ... Read More
