This Kinston flash drive seems to work just fine. When inserted in the USB port it automatically opens a window on the monitor showing the contents of the drive. One caveat however, the drive letter serving that port had better be free or the Kingston won't work. I had initially assigned that drive letter to a Network Attached Storage backup so the Kingston wouldn't load no matter what I tried. I don't do a lot and don't need a lot re: my computer. But a friend suggested the Kingston b/c of it's reliability and the retractable connector. It's doing everything I need it to!

I found this drive to be very good and fast for the price, better yet, there are no programs already loaded so the thing is easy and simple to use without messing around with pre-loaded software.

I only used this flash drive once, but it worked flaelessly. All three computers that I used it on recognized it right away and upload/download was instantaneous. My only concern is how long the button that extends the USB connector will last before it breaks. No reason to suspect it will, just the only negative I can see.
