Pro's: This is a very powerful gadget; with the dual tone thing you can achieve a very round and unique sound. About recording using the USB out, the X3 Live really is a zero latency device, and it's is compatible with most of the recording soft wares. It's really easy to use and program, especially at the computer with the gearbox software. The sound emulation it's quite accurate and it gives you access to almost any tone you're looking for.

You must to take care if you have a POD XT and want to have all softwares resources available to POD XT. Line6 Edit and Variax Workbench doesn't works to POD X3. I did buy X3 Live and for me it's a huge lack to release product without softwares.
