- KVM does not work
Just received this keyboard, setup was easy took a little time to install its drivers. Love the illuminated keys can't believe how something so simple would make typing so much more enjoyable. Read where some people did not like the spacing of the keys, I found no problem with the spacing and really like the response from the keys. The only issue that I have is that I run five PC's off of one monitor, keyboard and mouse using a KVM switch. The Merc Stealth Illuminated Gaming Keyboard will not work ... Read More

- Irritating but nice.
There are parts of this keyboard that I love and parts that I just HATE. The WSAD keypad on the left is just wonderful but the software that runs it is a pain. If you forget to load the keypad asignment for the game you are playing you have to quit out of the game and change the settings and then reload the game. The number pad on the right is where I just hate this keyboard. The Insert, Delete, PgUP, PgDn and arrow keys are merged in with the number keys and it just drives me nuts having to switch ... This is the only gaming keyboard I have ever used but I looked at many. Most of them that I saw have the extra keys at the right end which is lame. Extra keys at left end leave right hand open for mouse and these keys are very well laid out and comfortable to reach. Installation was flawless for both keyboards we run, one on XP and one on Vista.
My only complaint is the standard number pad (right end) has a slightly different layout taking some getting used to and is not convenient for typical word ... Read More

The number pad is combined with the functions keys:Delete, Cut, Copy, Insert, End, Page Down, Find, Home, Page up. It is one of the best I have seen, just do not care for that feature! If they would have kept the nine keys above the arrow keys on a normal keyboard. This product would be killer! I use the number pad alot, and the nine keys, but having to turn one on, and one off is a pain. So I'm trying to training myself just to use the numbers above the letters.
