After using Norton, McAfee and even Kaspersky which was installed all last year, I'd have to say Panda takes the cake. Not because of it's insane amount of features, but because of it's simplicity.

I don't want an Anti-virus/Firewall taking over my system, I don't want prompts all the time, or any other issues. I purchased this software after AT&T DSL changed to Norton for their total security package. Norton required 500 MB of RAM, and you are blocked from using it unless you meet the specs. Panda AV+FW only needs 256MB of Ram and works very well for me to date. I first tried the trial from Panda, then since it worked seamlessly in the background and has a fairly good user interface, I went for the purchase. I installed this programm on Vista Home Premium running PC. It slowed it so significantly. Before I had McAfee programm and it didn't have any problems with Vista. It (Panda) will make your fast computers into slow moving train. Waste of money.

I also had Panda 2007 and the 2008 Anti-Virus & Firewall installed with no problems at all with Windows XP. Everything seems to be working well. I did uncheck the feature that notified me when any "malicious" cookies were detected, as it was popping up on every web site.

- A waste of time
I bought Panda titanium 2007 and was offered a free upgrade to the 2008 version. This program will not install properly on Windows 2000. Panda Technical Support is slow, and in my now quite extensive experience, utterly ineffective and useless. I have wasted many hours following their word-processed instructions. This product is anything but the "install-and-forget" solution they claim.
