Digital Audio Player with Built-In USB
The easy to use U3 works right out of the box with no need for cables, cords or docks and no need to install any programs. Simply slide a button and a slim USB connector will pop out. You may then plug it into any PC USB port and drag and drop your music files. While connected, the battery is charged, allowing up to 15 hours of playtime on a single charge. The U3 plays MP3, WMA, and WMA-DRM10 formats. The 4-line OLED display shows ID3 tag information such as Artist and Song, and combined with the quick touch navigation means you can serve up the song you want quickly.

FM Radio and Voice Recording
The U3 features an FM radio, utilizing the headphones as antenna. You can also record your own voice, speeches, lectures, and other outside sounds with your mp3 player, and can even adjust the quality of the recording by selecting a different bit rate.

Terrific sound! 1st time user/buyer, easy to understand and work. Highly satisfied. One thing, I didn't like the heat set that came with it... kept falling from my ears, so I ended up buying a different one.

i was excited to receive my new mp3 player as i am so done with i-tunes! this device was so easy go load up with songs - just drag and drop. that was probably the best feature of the mp3 player.

here's what i didn't like:
- the color - it is very highlighter, 90's scrunchie sock pink
- the menu controls (play, stop etc) are very touch sensitive and most of the time i end up having to scroll through all the menu options to get back to the "now playing" to fast forward, stop ... Read More

I am electronically illiterate...this player is awesome for me! Very simple to figure out and the quality of sound is great! I would not suggest this product for those who want a lot of songs, but it holds just enough for me! I would also suggest this for anyone who is looking for a gift for someone who is in their teens! Thanks bunches Amazon!

You better be computer savy if you buy this MP3 player or you may not get it to work on your computer. It is not a plug and play device, at least not on my laptop (Acer, Windows XP SP2) The computer would not recognize the device, no drivers were available on the Samsung website and an email to customer service had me try things I had already tried on my own with no success. A friend and I spent several hours using Google and finally found a fix. From what I read on the internet I'm not alone, there ... Read More

The price is great and it doesn't need any cable to be hooked up to a computer. The sound is really good and has a built-in radio.
If I had to find some shortcoming I say

1) I don't like the touch sensitive buttons. You don't have the feeling that you are pressing them and sometime you touch the wrong one by mistake

2) the pink color is not like it appear in the picture, it is more pinky.
