I purchased this for my son who just turned 8 y/o. What a hit! He loves it - the moves are very intuitive. I'm not much of a gamer and I can do it. The "Join In" feature is great. His dad or I can ply for a few minutes, then jump out again. The graphics and sound are good, and the play is interesting. The only complaint I have is that you can't skip the cut away scenes. All in all this game is great for the whole family!

I'm a big Spidey game fan so I thought I'd give this a shot. It is terrible. First of all, it's Spidey so you'd expect to be able to do a lot of web swinging. Wrong. You can swing, but the web line just goes straight up, you swing about 6 inches off the ground and 5 feet forward, and drop down. And, you can run just as fast as swinging so what's the point? Totally fun. Nice graphics, the voicework/dialogue is unexpectedly funny. The action is not too intense for kids and the play-control is not hard for kids to understand. I have fun playing it, but more importantly, my 5-yr-old has a blast. The game is not so difficult to be frustrating, but not so easy to be boring. I have had the game for about two months and just finished it. It was a lot of fun. I have been getting games for my two young girls and wanted something for me this time, and I was not disappointed. Even my 6 year old had fun playing. It could have been a little harder and yet I am not complaining. Go buy and enjoy.

This is a fun and exciting game. My son thinks this is a lot of fun and loves moving up the levels and switching characters.
