I have owned this unit for well over a year. Since I am "directionally challenged" to put it mildly, I now have the freedom to get in the car & go - without fear of getting lost. No more confusing directions from friends & family - Jane takes me where ever I want to go. My son is moving to Houston & we took the Go with us on an apartment hunting trip. We were able to find locations of complexes, places to eat, movie theaters & gas stations without a hitch. Anyone who gets lost ... Read More

Overall this product is great. The many features that it offers makes this well worth the money. It is easy to navigate to a location as well as through the on screen prompts.

The only draw back to this unit being a refurb is that while it is completely gone through it does not have updated software loaded. I had to go to two different locations, TomTom home page and TomTom Home, in order to get the current versions for this model. While it is not difficult to do it is frustrating. ... Read More

The only things that kept me from rating this Tom Tom a 5 star is the fact that it had to be reset a couple of times and sometimes it lags for several minutes to find a signal. Having said that I have no other complaints. I made my way through some pretty tight spots where i don't know what i would have done without it. It's my first gps so i can't compare it to others but this does all i need and more. I was a little hesitant about buying a reconditioned unit but It came in looking brand new with everything ...
