Logitech Harmony 1000 Advanced Universal Remote Control I just purchased this universal remote and am VERY pleased with it. Set up was extremely easy and required no special technical skills. The online user guide made setting up the remote an easy task just as advertised on the box. The touch screen display is a nice feature especially when you compare this remote with other higher priced units that really accomplish the same task. I really do like this remote, but a few things stopped me from giving it a full 5 stars.

1. Some of the buttons are too small, somewhat often I'll press the wrong button on accident because the buttons are too small and close together. In fact, I'll often hit the help button on accident and have to close out of that menu to get back to the current activity.

I have had this remote for about a year and a half and have used it only sparingly. It's big bright and
beautiful. It however is way over priced and difficult to navigate. Because it is primarily touch screen driven one will often touch the wrong area and launch an activity or function that you didn't want to occur. My screen has gone dead. The battery contact is broken and the 499 dolloar remote is kaput.

All activites work flawlessly 99% of the time. The TV channel favorites also work pretty well (it took a while to get the images and to add them to the remote)
