I have been thoroughly disappointed with their products and lack of customer service. They average about 2-3 weeks to return an email for customer service issues. I finally got through to a representative and was advised to send the product back to them, at my own expense and they emailed back about 1 month later stating that there is no problem with the item. Had one and lost it and bought another one. The only issue is that nowadays 2GB might not be enough for people who always listen to music everyday. But iAUDIO has larger models as well. Whenever someone lets me listen to their iPOD or generic MP3 player, I cringe at the obvious sound difference between theirs and mines. Once you have an iAUDIO product, it is hard to go back...

- Good product for a newby
I bought and returned a low budget MP3 player at Circuit City (poor customer service for newbies). Then I researched players on the internet, and gravitated to Amazon, as I do with many products. This is a really good product for my first MP3 player. I only gave it 4 stars because of my lack of experience with MP3s.

I do suggest avoiding Sony players, since they must convert your music files to their own proprietary format. Too much hassle.

Received the iAudio U2 2 GB MP3 Player with FM Tuner (Black)
promtly and was excited to use it but there is some issue with
playing different music formats. It is currently ONLY playing mp3
format even though it says it plays all formats. I tried reformatting
my music through I-Tunes but nothing has changed. Does it have to do
with installation of their software on my mac? Or something else?

I just got this player today, it's my second COWON product, and as always, they go beyond the limit. This tiny player sounds amazing, has a variety of sound effects and settings, BBE, Equalizer, Mach3Bass, MP Enhancement, 3D Surround.
