In addition to professional quality copying, the DCP-8065DN offers laser printing and color scanning as well as a 50-page auto document feeder and a legal size document glass. To help save you time, it prints up to 30 (black) pages per minute and features a standard input paper capacity of 250 sheets, as well as a multi-purpose tray with a capacity of up to 50 sheets. Extremely user friendly, the DCP-8065DN lets you make copies and scans just by using the dedicated keys on the control panel. To customize your settings -- such as the percentage of enlarge/reduce you want -- the large LCD display on the control panel guides you through your choices. The 32 MB memory also ensures that you can complete a high number of large, complex jobs.

Automatic Duplexing Features
Thanks to this innovative system, now you can copy, scan, or print two sides of a document automatically. You can also scan both sides of a two-sided document and print or store the scan as a single-sided page or as a single two-sided page. The Automatic Document Feeder
To help give you more time during your busy day, the automatic document feeder lets you load up to 50 pages at a time for copying or scanning. The flatbed copying and scanning is easy to use: just lift the cover and use the legal-size document glass to copy or scan from books, magazines, or odd-sized pieces. The cover has "expansion" hinges at the back to accommodate even bulkier items. The 250-sheet adjustable paper tray lets you change from letter to legal size in seconds using the same tray. - Forget it
Do not under any circumstances buy a Brother printer. They rig the machine so that it will accept no generic toners. You use a brother toner or the machine won't work. Amazing!

- SO glad I bought this!!
I purchased this for my voice studio. It's a little big BUT I needed it. I spent so much time running to Kinko's doing photocopies for studio recitals, or copying music for students until their order came in (because after all, I don't want to violate copyright!) and I needed something that could reduce and duplex. This fits the bill. And I've networked it so I can use it from my desktop upstairs or from the notebook I have attached. I've only had it a month, but so far, so good!

As a public high school teacher, making copies at school takes a long time--the waiting lines and the non-collating abilities of the school's old machines were problematic. I bought this multifunction machine to function strictly as a copier for my house. After wasting hours of time photocopying and collating multi-page short stories and assignments, I thought that this machine would be money well spent considering the time I would save.

I've used this copier/printer for one year and am very happy with it. We share it over network among the whole family, between one Mac and several PCs. The functionality that comes at such a low price is amazing. I am especially fond of its automatic scanner sheet feeder which is build very solidly. I do lot of scanning, and it still has to miss a page.

I am using this in a Human Resources office for non-volume copying. It performs excellent. The duplex mode come in handy for 2 sided copying and performs flawlessly.
