I loaded this software to my computer. When I tried to run it, I received
a message "Missing Certificate File- reinstall" I attemptedto re-install
and received same message. I attempted to remove program from computer
and received message " missing certificate file" Every time I reboot
my computer, I receive a series of messages about missing Cetificate File.
I have to cancel each one.
I went to Roxio web tech support and they wanteed $49.95 to take

I spent $90 on this software. What a waste. The program will show you if you have a dual layer DVD in it, but it won't give you the option to do dual layer writing. What is that all about? Well, I used Nero 6 to do it and it worked fine. Nero kicks Roxio's behind and always has. --Signed Disgusted and Out $90.

I purchased Sonic MyDVD 7 with my new Dell E510.
I created a video and wanted to use myDVD to create a menu system to select which movie to play. Everything was going great... I selected a nice picture of my kids as the background image, then I created a button to play the movie links. This product does have some nice features. If you can get them to work. If not, do not look for customer support, if you don't go nuts trying to find the answer online, you will lose all hope when you wait and wait for someone to be available in the so called "Chat".
I get better product support with freeware products like this, and heaven help you if you try to find information on the Roxio site about a previous version of one of their products, even if it was brand new a couple of months ago.
