Great Product, depending on the phone it can be easy to use or a real pain. Not the fault of the software.

I'm dissapointed in the product for the LG Rumor. The Outlook contact link is clunky and the calendar is non-existent. I can more easily link MP3's through a direct USB connection rather than use this S/W. They took over a month to ship the S/W and sent the wrong package w/wrong USB cable. I wasted my money on this.

I purchased a Sprint LG Fusic cell phone on the salesman's assurance that the phone would "sync" my 500+ contacts, notes, and schedule, etc. with Microsoft Outlook as my Palm pilot currently does IF I bought the Susteen Datapilot program. After installing the program on my home PC and putting it to work, I quickly discovered that the program does not synchronize (or exchange) information with Outlook at all. I bought this tool to download pictures from my phone without having to buy another feature from my wireless phone company.

This product does that. I gave it 3 stars because you have to have the right combination of turning on the phone, pluging in the cable, starting the computer, specifying where the cable is plugged in, for the software to work.

Backs up data from Phone to PC just fine (LG VX4650). Does not *Synch* Phone to PC, or PC to Phone. Simply overwrites one with the other.

It will only upload the entire contents of the phone contact list (takes about 7 minutes for 434 numbers). It will not upload only changes. Same for downloads to the phone; All or nothing.
