I installed MarkSpace on an up to date new iMac and couldn't get my Palm Tungston T3 to sync. In the past three weeks, I tried all their suggestions, filled in two request forms, sent two emails and phoned their voicemail twice leaving my email address both times. I have not been contacted even though the claim to respond within four business days. I would like to be able to sync my Palm with my Address Book and iCal but I'm afraid I just lost my money.

The software wouldn't sync my HP iPaq 6315 and cannot be removed.
Avoid it like the plague. A total rip off.

I have had nothing but trouble with this product. Everytime I try to sync my iPaq, the program shuts down. It worked beautifully when I used the free trial. As soon as I paid for it, nothing worked. I've tried to get help from the company, again nothing. Save your money.

Appears to have lots of extra bells and whistles, but at the end of the day the core functionality (sync calendar, contacts, Memos and To Dos) is unstable. Very frustrating


Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - PERFECT SYNC WITH TREO 650
There is no probelm synching a Mac G5 with a Treo 650 using Mark/Space. You may have to fiddle around a bit to make sure you are synching the right 'conduits' but this is simply a question of checking or unchecking boxes in The Missing Sync window. It's perfectly straightforward and I am far from experienced with computers or pdas either. This is a fantastic piece of software which transforms the whole Mac/Treo experience.
