Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns is a real-time fantasy-strategy game for up to eight players. Set in the mystical world of Khaldun, it allows players to take on the role of a Kohan, a race of immortals. They were once the ruling power of the world, but have seen their culture and society destroyed by a series of cataclysms. The player must come to grips with the Kohans' lost glory, their current hardships, and their imminent destiny. It is the goal of the player to solve the riddle of his or her race's destruction and return it to its former glory.

The player of Kohan will be required to use a blend of strategy, tactics, and resource management to create a successful kingdom. Most of the game's emphasis is on managing the military force that, if constructed and deployed properly, will bring victory to the player. Exploration of the world and learning the story of the Kohan race will also take prominence. The player will use Kohan heroes to search out the clues of the race's ancient decline, and will learn from the past to prepare for the future.

Players will learn the story of the Kohan in the campaign mode of the game. In Kohan, players can play a basic tutorial, an advanced tutorial, a full-blown campaign, and play with up to seven other players over the Internet or via a LAN. Kohan will also come with a map editor, complete with a random map generator that will allow users to create and customize their own maps, allowing for endless replayability.

This is one part Warcraft and one part Heroes of Might and Magic. Not quite as quick paced as Warcraft, but not the total strategy of the other. This is a pretty good fantasy RTS. The graphics are pretty good and the story is very original. Though the campaign itself is very short. The expansion Ahriman's Gift adds a bit more. I enjoyed the game, but finished it in 20 hours. There's only one decent-sized campaign. If you aren't into multiplayer online games, you may have a hard time getting your money's worth out of this one. It *is* fun, and it is unique. But it's over all too quickly.

Ok you may have seen my other review but now that I really have the game it will be a real review! The grapics were stuning and the multiyplayer is hard to get off. With over 40 different heros and 25 missions in sigle player this game is extremly hard to get off of. Even if your not a stragey fan! One of The greatest stratgey games I have ever really seen!

MY opinion is this game rocks!!!! And guess what I only have a demo of the game. Sounds odd, doesn't it. I thought that the music was good and the grafics were the same. but best of all it is time comsuming. You know those games that you pick up and think it's going to be the best game you have ever played? And then after two hours you beat the game completly. Well not this one. The graphics are poor but it stops there. Everything else is great. The AI is the best I've played in a while.
